The time needed for any project depends on various factors such as the volume of items in a space, the size of the space, and the speed of decision-making. During our consultation I can provide a good faith estimate as we talk through the details of your unique project but know that this is only an estimate.

As a general guideline, one session of three hours is sufficient for tackling one to two small spaces like pantries, closets, entryways, or bathrooms, or to initiate work on a larger area.

Decluttering sessions are highly interactive, one-on-one experiences where we work side-by-side to sort through your space at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll touch each item to decide whether it stays or goes, categorize items, and then reintegrate them into the space in a way that’s functional and easy to maintain. These sessions focus on reducing clutter and creating a system for what you already have. At the end of the session, I’ll haul away any donations (up to one carload) so you can immediately enjoy the results of your hard work.

My organizing sessions and decluttering sessions cater to different needs and goals. Organizing sessions are ideal for clients with minimal clutter who want a hands-off experience. These sessions include extensive pre-planning, where I design and shop for a custom organizational system to transform the space.

On the other hand, decluttering sessions are for those who need more hands-on guidance and one-on-one time to sort through their belongings. The focus is on reducing clutter and creating a functional space, with no product shopping or space planning included in the session price. Each decluttering session is spent tackling the clutter directly and making real-time decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard.
